Grounds Maintenance Packages for Residential and Commercial

$65/hour per man hour (min. 1 hour) for any additional service/work

Green Package

• • Spring Clean up
• Pruning + Trimming all plant material as required
• De-thatching of all lawn areas if needed
• Cultivation & edging of all garden beds
• Air blowing of all walkways, patios, decks & driveway along with debris collection

• • Fall Clean up (after Oct. 15. a weekly visit becomes irregular during this time)
• Pruning + Trimming shrubs as required •Removal of all annual flowers
• Cut back of plant material (i.e. all perennials) as required
• Air blowing of all walkways, patios, decks & driveway along with debris/ leaf collection
• Weekly cutting/trimming of all lawn areas
• Air blowing of all walkways, patios, decks & driveway along with debris collection

Silver Package

• Fertilizing application for turf every 90 days (Optional)
• Fertilizing application for garden beds every 90 days (Optional)
• Fiesta Lawn Weed Controller - if this is required, a price will be quoted prior to arranging this to be done
• Conifers/Deciduous plants/trees requiring renovational pruning (i.e.excessive cutting back) will be extra & is not included in the above Silver& Gold Packages. As plants/trees grow over time, this will be required to
  be done in order to keep them at a height that we can safely provide the regular trimming/pruning outlined in our Silver & Gold Packages
• Spring & Fall Clean ups as described above, can be booked individually for anyone needing these individual services
